Burradoo Ozzie is by Karana Digby out of Karana Oz, both of whom were imported to the U.S.A. from Kevin Howell in Australia. This is the same breeding as our other Karana dogs, Deuce and Bug. Ozzie’s pedigree is also the same as that of Burradoo Harriet (Ariat), as they were littermates. Ozzie is a nice leggy dog with good stamina and a natural sense for working stock. He is a pleasure to be around and wants to go to work every time we let him out of the kennel. Ozzie’s pedigree has some of the best working Kelpies found in Australia, with several National Champions including Karana Duke, Karana Seiko and Karana Abba II. We have found Ozzie takes to training very readily and tends to be easy to handle, with a great desire to please. Ozzie is in our working string and has shown great potential as a sire with his litter produced with Burradoo Ireland.
